  November 1, 2011 - Fill into neck. Excellent capsule and cork. Allowed to breathe in glass 30 minutes before tasting. Clear deep blood-garnet hue. Evolved bouquet of plums, brambly jammy boysenberries, fruit liqueur, tomatoes, meat juice, green tobacco, oak. Medium-full body, medium finish. Likely past-prime but still enjoyable. 44% Zin, 30% Carignane, 10% Petite sirah, 10% Sangiovese, 6% Mataro.

  January 5, 2009 - Drink now. Very nicely aged zin. It has 30% Carignane and some other varietals which help it keep smooth, long and very interesting. Probably better a year ago, but still very impressive.
