February 12, 2011 - Fell through the cracks and received more maturation than I like in Sauvignon Blanc. Nonetheless, quite impressive.

January 31, 2011 - Though the drinking window has long passed, I find this wine in great shape! Lemon oil, grass and tangerine on the nose and in the mouth...delicious! Another happy mistake of waiting "too long." I think this has another year in it at least. Too bad it is my last.
