November 3, 2010 - Modner fint. Et år siden forige flaske, og det går fremover. Fortsatt litt vel lys frukt for min smak.

    April 15, 2009 - The Grand Cru aftertaste !!!

It starts with the scent of normal cheap Bourgogne wine. Then some details appears bit by bit. Clean spicy oak, I didn't feel the toasted...quite organic with light red fruit, rain forest, when time passed by, more heavy nose but still elegant....charming !!!

Body is medium+, acid is fresh, spicy taste, good balance, structure is getting firm bit by bit, some tannic feeling but very seductive...nearly can stop drinking it.

The finish is not too heavy but tight and long, deep powerful. I can not drink it as fast as I need to. Sometime I don't dare enough to drink it.

After 5 hours, it's more easy to enjoy...full-loaded of details. The most serious Bourgogne I've ever had.

Recommended : Open it 3.30 hours before drinking. ( The score 95/100 comes from the power of its finished. )

January 22, 2009 - A nice standard burgundy, but it needs air before drinking. Decanted for 3 hours and it really improved.

December 20, 2008 - Pale with sour cherry on the nose. Light bodied, smoky, tart, and short. Drinkable, but $40??? You've got to be kidding.

December 11, 2008 - Nice burgundy, raspberry and strawberry on the nose, as well as some spice. Fine palate, and a little bit dry in the aftertaste (which I like).
