July 18, 2019 - Solid cremant in dry style with high acidity.
August 29, 2018 - Still showing well, crisp apple fruit, some honey. Nice stuff.
November 13, 2016 - Fine bubbles and pale colour. Nose is quite muted, a little bit of apple. The palate has lots of acidity, crisp crab apple fruit, nice balance, very moreish, perfect with canapés. Good wine and great value at £13.
December 6, 2014 - An Evening in the Loire Valley: Westchester Wine School (White Plains, NY): Drank at WWS to open Loire tasting. Very nice sparkler. light with fine tiny bubbles, sweet nose of berries and lots of red berries on the palate. Some minerality, and herbal notes as well. Enjoyable
March 17, 2014 - Great value, very enjoyable in place of a more expensive sparkler
January 25, 2013 - The nose seemed much sweeter and more pastry-like than I remembered and I didn't get many bubbles, though that could have been the glass. Decent for a basic sparkler, but I wouldn't go out of my way to purchase again.
October 13, 2012 - sweet apple, nice fine bubbles, then gets a bit of citrus as it warms up; very good
March 28, 2012 - Beautiful fruity-floral aroma jumps out of the glass. Lovely for drinking outside and the bubbles stayed for hours in the still-somewhat-chilly evening air. Enjoyable though nothing really special, but for $12 I was quite happy with it.
August 19, 2011 - Plentiful, large beads upon first pour like a charmat sparker. However unlike a charmat wine, they get finer and actually sustain for a long time. The palate actually opens up in the glass and shows very nice mineral and herbal tones. Drinking very well. Excellent value.
August 19, 2010 - Good, light, crisp, mineral Loire sparkler. Sorry to not be more specific.
