  September 9, 2018 - Served blind. Was cloudy, which reminded me of some of the RM pinots I have had in the past so I was thinking maybe this was one of those wines. Wrong. Cranberry, orange, a little volatile in the aromatic and for me was a little clunky in texture. Others at the table liked this wine, I was less so about it.

  September 8, 2018 - tasted blind.
  cloudy burgundy color. Nose grapey at first, rich red fruits with some time. Palate light-bodied with some chalky grip on the finish, light cinnamon and red cherry flavors. Really enjoyable, from the color alone (and to a certain extent the palate) pegged this as a natural wine but did not expect it to be 12 years old, and it's an immaculate example to my taste, still chugging along gracefully and has some reserve yet, IMO. 93 pts

  May 15, 2016 - Ditto other reviews. Striking minerals with touches of spices, brush, stones, mouth watering cherries. Some funk undertone bordering on Burgundy but not quite. Drinking quite well
