December 22, 2023 - Just something about aged Brunello. Although not the best vintage, at 20-years of age, this is good right now. Red fruit of cherry, strawberry, and plums...but mostly secondary notes now of leather, sweet herbs, chocolate, and tobacco. Good acidity, soft tannins, and long finish. Still holding on...

March 22, 2018 - Tasted more over the hill than it looked. Nice crimson, virtually no tanning. Very thin upon opening, better after an hour gaining some weight. Light red cherry with a hint of mineral water.
