September 25, 2017 - I cannot think of a wine I was more looking forward to tasting this bottle. It's been on the top of my list for years. The no such thing as great wines, just great bottles rung true here. Very little fruit and lots of acid, some maderization, barely drinkable. That was a lot of money down the drain.

December 11, 2011 - Dark red color! Amazingly rich nose that is amazingly fresh for a 66! Complex nose of red fruits like cherries + plums, camphor. Rich palate and attack that defies its age! Nice acidity lift and still unresolved tannins, v long finish. Some say this La Mouline is the most elegant out of all LaLaLas but I would say this is a blockbuster and I would compare it to the equally awesome but different Vega Unico 68.
