July 11, 2010 - In two words, not good. Candied fake fruit cheap white wine flavors. The finish lingers for about 20 seconds, reminding you how bad it tastes.
June 17, 2010 - a bit hot and too much sweetness. No acidity or minerality to give it balance or make it interesting. I would seek out other wines for my viognier fix.
April 11, 2010 - Creamy flavors of pear and pineapple. A little bit sweet for my tastes but made for a nice wine to sip on as a night cap.
August 10, 2009 - Fleshy, residual sweetness, almost Rieling-like notes. Strangely, I drank this wine at a tasting hosted by the winemaker last year. Much different and far better impression than. Ordered 2 bottles, gave 1 away as gift (need to warn Paul!). Nearly undrinkable - and with little change after 1 and 2 days.
June 19, 2009 - Delicious fruit tastes of melon, honeydo and honey suckle. Long finish.
May 28, 2009 - We had a couple of glasses with dinner, but that bit of RS made it a little off-putting with the food (chicken salad). Will try again tomorrow as a `cocktail' wine.
April 23, 2009 - Smoe floral flavors not much of a finish with some sweetness. Pleasant wine but fell short for me.
November 29, 2008 - Not as fresh and crisp as when we bought it (on release). Maybe it was the spices in the sauce on the fish we ate with it, but the characteristic sour grapefruit component was a bit overwhelming.
