August 18, 2014 - Foam of Bordeaux despite Sangiovese based, rich berry nose merged with subtle Sangiovese Tuscano style. I like it to the extent that I stole Tony Au's last 20cc left in glass.

June 13, 2002 - Darker color than I expected from Barolo of this age from this vintage. Earthy aromas with spice, mostly licorice. Fruit is largely faded, with tannins and acidity a bit prominent on the finish.
