Community Tasting Notes 3

August 9, 2017 - Much rounder and deeper then when I tried it in 2011, the tannins are smooth now and the red fruits are still there. Probably peaking now.

January 1, 2014 - Great little wine - liked the way it developed although Lenny Drank it like water.

December 9, 2011 - Lovely nose of warm cooked cherries with a touch of game sauce. Perfect for the winter season. Taste has more sour cheries, with game and red forrest fruits. Quite young but showing potential. This needs more cellaring. Will try again in 3-5 years.
