January 6, 2017 - Mineral and nuts in the nose, almost without any fruits. Still good acidity.
May be it shoukd be drunk a couple of years earlier...

January 2, 2017 - Seems a bit oxidized- never really changes in the glass- either freshening up or getting worse. Could be a dumb phase, as the oxidation impression is slight- but it does mask any complexity or interest

December 20, 2016 - Aromas offer nice minerals, lemon. Overall, very nice vibrancy and depth; you can tell there's some wood notes there, but they're pleasantly integrated. Very incredible palate texture; sexy and luscious. Not so much depth of flavor complexity, but the texture makes up for it. Finish dials up with lots of minerals and acidity that blossoms, almost in a rooster tail way. The acid is gorgeous. Love the finish, though. Really enjoyable today and thankfully, no hint of premox.

December 1, 2016 - PnP. Opened with some trepidation given the pre-mox issues noted by some. However, this bottle was excellent. Crystal clear greenish light gold color. Initially too cold but as it warmed a classic Chablis nose of seashells, limestone, and a hint of lemon emerged. On the palate this was seamless with excellent depth and richness on the mid-palate, and good, but not over the top acidity on the finish. Went beautifully with grilled scallops. This is quite rich and powerful for Chablis, a likely function of the vineyard, and vintage. I would say this is quite enjoyable to drink now, but if you don't have a pre-mox issue, this will continue to age for 3-5 years.

October 31, 2016 - Still fresh, still flinty. No hint of premox. Lime/lemon, very minerally. A very good chablis, but a good les clos? not so sure..
