January 7, 2015 - Wow, this has really improved! Leathery and cherry, and suffused with a warm glow of tertiary flavour. Finishing with bright acidity. Too bad I drank the other ones too soon and this is my last bottle.

March 3, 2013 - Good color but not youthful; rather all flavors are completely secondary at this point. Soft red fruit and some savory braised meat notes. Pinot not quite obvious on the nose, but unmistakable on the palate. Drinks well now; and should hold awhile in bottle but I'd bet on drinking sooner than later if I owned more.

October 19, 2012 - Underwhelming. Odd oaky, sawdust/oatmeal notes on the nose, along with some fruit. A bit of a one-note wonder on the palate with some strawberry-rhubarb fruit but little else of interest. Everything seemed subdued, probably due to age. Not enough spice or other complexity, to be sure. Light bodied and somewhat acidic. Actually a bit tannic on the finish, odd as that may seem. We drank this on its own, but I think it would probably show a little better with food.
