June 17, 2021 - Pleasantly surprised by full carbonation. Nutty and earthy aromatics. Lots of lees and brioche. Pallet was fizzy but broad and slick textured. Lots of malic /green apple acidity. Tropical citrus flavors. creme fraiche. Tension. Still plenty of life left if bottle was stored properly.

May 20, 2018 - Beautiful honey color in the glass. Carmel notes with a nice bright citrus finish to it. A nice first bottle to celebrate our 20th :)

July 3, 2014 - A little past due, but was improved by Chambord, lemon simple syrup, and a blackberry or two.

September 23, 2005 - Pale yellow/white colour. Aromas of yeast, vanilla, biscuit, apple, walnuts. Medium-bodied, decent mouthfeel, a little tart, with lemon and apple notes. Moderate lemony finish, 30s.

December 20, 2004 - Golden color with tiny, delicate bubbles leads to a nose of pear and honeysuckle. Flavors of yeast and dough add to the floral components yielding a complex enjoyable palate. This is much better now than when tasted at the winery last winter.
