July 1, 2017 - tried 3 bottles from the 9 I had left and all 3 were bad. Turned sour with fizz.
I had high hopes for a wonderful experience with it at this age, but I guess I waited too long.
Stored in an wine cellar at 57 degrees F -

January 29, 2016 - Absolutely the best it's been drinking. Bright red fruit wrapped in happy smoked wood and light tannins. Could do another 1-2 yrs.
