February 10, 2016 - Good time to uncork. earthy, with hits of red currant and white pepper finish. I'm glad I cellared a few bottles much better now than 8+ years ago when I bought it. Overall very happy with it.

March 17, 2012 - Cedar dominates the classic CS nose. Bordeaux influence evident in nose and palate. Fruit lingers on the mid-palate, medium length but I think this has not long to go - drink up

April 3, 2010 - The nose is cassis and leather with some floral notes, midpalate is light to medium body with bacon, smoke and mineral on the finish. This wine is quite elegant, particularly for a Cabernet Sauvignon, and was a perfect compliment to a lightly seasoned ribeye with baked potato and asparagus.

Thank you Mr. Lake and Mr. Harlan.
