Community Tasting Notes 1

January 6, 2009 - Beautifully delicate and floral when opened, ephemeral nose of strawberries. After decanting, it filled out on the palate into a really nice balance of fruit and acids, pretty much perfect. The cork was pretty much wet all the way through, and the wine was pale, but not excessively oxidised. Perfect time to drink the last bottle, it was pretty much at it's peak, downhill only from here.
