February 24, 2021 - This has become more dry with age and a lot of the sugar seems to have precipitated out. I think I liked it more around age 10, but this is still excellent.

October 19, 2019 - Impressive Alsatian Riesling. Lovely aromatics and aged Riesling profile. Great acidity and a lingering finish. Enough unctuosity and perception of sweetness/fruit to go with spicy food but I also enjoyed it with oysters. Good for many more years.

July 21, 2019 - Beautiful Alsatian Riesling hitting on all cylinders. Great pairing with Chicken schnitzel and spaetzle. Holding up well.

June 14, 2018 - In top form right now, good acidity and balanced sweetness, no sign of early oxidation in this bottle which has been an issue with Weinbach for me in the past.
