April 22, 2012 - Lots of fruit in the nose. Opened for an hour and then decanted. A solid 90 point wine! I have 1 left.

August 29, 2011 - Havent had this for over a year. Far better then I remember it. Very solid. Followed a french grenache and was a great progression.

April 13, 2011 - PnV. Crimson purple not saturated with a red broad rim. Bright nose of red fruits sour cherries with a slight note of parmesan rind. Lighter than expected medium finish of cranberry and leather. Red fruits and herbs with a touch of cheese and leather. nice enough but was expecting more based on the WS reveiw. Still youthful.

December 3, 2010 - This has integrated well. Popped and poured and delivered dark berries through a medium sized round mouthfeel. Nothing extravagant, but pleasant enough. qpr.

November 18, 2010 - Garnet color. Nose: sweet crushed blueberry/blackberry fruit with licorice, tar, mocha, and a hint of sundried tomato. Medium body on the palate: high-toned blueberry and blackberry fruit with licorice, tobacco leaf, and mocha. Nice core of bright acidity. Moderate mouth-coating tannins. Lots of sweet graphite and berry skin lingering on the moderate/long, silky finish. Beautifully balanced. Excellent.
