September 14, 2023 - Drink at Nimb Copenhagen (still one bottle left)
Nose : intense hint of steel at the beginning which evaporated after, lots of red fruits fresh cherries plums long precise. Hint of liquorice and fresh tobacco leaf
Mouth : still young and full of life, full body, lots of cherries and plums. Hint of saltiness so young.
Finals : long intense, what an amazing surprise, very well kept bottle aging potential 5 years.

January 5, 2021 - Suite Leroy Dinner (Hong Kong): Brown sugar, woody, sour cherry, tart strawberry, orange spice, lifted florals, soy sauce, five spice, roasted game. So precise with superb deep heat. Very mellow and sophisticated. 94-95

March 7, 2020 - La Paulée de New York Gala Dinner (Pier Sixty, Chelsea Piers - New York NY): Small glass, brief note. Lots here, but the balance of fruit vs earth/ mushroom is moving too much in the earth direction as the wine loses its brightness vs previous bottles. So it isn't coming across as quite as clean.

October 27, 2017 - This was in fine shape, but the wine didn't move me. It was enjoyable, but a touch simple and just not very sexy. Others liked it better than me.
