August 24, 2011 - Pears and sea on the nose. The colour has deepened a bit since 2009. The palate is still very mineral. I'm extremely excited about the premier and grand cru of this producer given the evolution of this simpler cuvée!

November 6, 2010 - The apples and pears just jumped out of the glass. Very fresh, sharp and racy, lime, mineral and long finish. This is premier cru quality and a good vintage too. I had this in an oyster tasting session and the minerality and acidity of the wine really brought out the flavour of the oysters. The perfect companion.

May 2, 2010 - An excellent Villages Chablis. Open and expressive from the start and developed nicely with air. Strong minerality. This is a great drinking Chablis for the next few years.

March 17, 2010 - Light to medium body, pale straw color. Elegant apples and herbal aroma. Green apples and lime palate, long mineral finish. Light, dry and crisp, complex and well balanced, lovely acidity. Serve 12º - 16º. Drink now and next three years.
