April 8, 2023 - I made Palak Murg… chicken ( boneless skinless thighs) with onion, coriander and spinach
This turned out well with gentle savory spiciness
Served with Raita and Naan

2006 Pahlmeyer Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir alc 14.9%. Good color but sone clearing at the edges. Earthy nose
Nice gentle bing cherry and earth notes. Hint of mocha. It has only a touch of fruit sweetness
No excess heat and fully resolved tannins. -

December 6, 2022 - Wonderful. After all these years, still bold with deep fruit. This is not a wimpy Pinot. Loved it.

July 24, 2021 - Perfectly aged. Took about an hour to express all of its power. Strong notes of mature berries hit immediately, mint and flowers emerged with oxidization.
