AROMA: Rust and blueberry muffins
TASTE: A bit of sour fruit on the front end. White pepper on the back end with a smooth finish. Good QPR.
April 20, 2010 - I agree with the other comments: nothing too exciting, but for $5 a good QPR. Had it on a Tuesday night with Pizza. Pretty good value for that match.

May 13, 2009 - How disappointing. For me, the 2005 was one of the top value wines around. This one just doesn't deliver. Seems like a watered-down version of the 05. Not worth the $5 price.

April 21, 2009 - I agree with the rest. This is simple. It's not bad, it's not offensive, it's actually a good wine. It's got some character but lacks body, extract and concentration. But this is under $5 bucks so can we ask for much more than that? I doubt it. I actually like Charamba better but it's about 75 cents more. For the price this is very hard to beat.
April 11, 2009 - spicy red fruit, lots of pepper, rhone like qualities. Solid for $4.98, but didn't "love" it...
February 21, 2009 - A little sweet and somewhat simple, but what do you expect for $5? I would highly recommend this wine as a great value.
