February 12, 2017 - Quick note from memory. @Albert 1er. From magnum. A bit tight. Dark berries, smokey bacon and mild hints of pepper, crowberries and juniper. By the last glass some tobacco emerged. Will definitely age well and improve, but nice drinking now with black angus cote de boeuf.

December 27, 2016 - Heli Ski Wines; 12/27/2016-12/30/2016 (Tweedsmuir Park Lodge, Bella Coola, BC): Still a fan - Still kicking ass. Nice smoke and scorched earth in the mix. Juicy.

December 6, 2016 - Prototypical Cote Rotie, with a robust peppered nose and deep, savory flavor palate featuring more pepper and exotic spices along with smoked grapevines, roasted meats, licorice and baked raspberries. Restrained and juicy, with fine grained tannins and many years to go.
