September 29, 2013 - Lots of cream but luckily no butter. Some oak, some lemon, some vanilla but generally, rather flat.

July 27, 2011 - Surprised at the balance of this. Plum and raspberry fruit. A little bit of brick color. Plump mouth feel. Good acidity, not too overblown on the oak. Not enough secondary notes or finish to propel it into the really high ratings, but a finely done wine nonetheless.

October 9, 2010 - Anther overaoaked Chardonnay from CA. A creamy oak with some pleasant light toast. There is just too much of it. It seems young.,Maybe a few days in the frig, it will open up, but I doubt it. If you like in your face creamy oak monsters, this is the wine for you.

August 26, 2009 - Fat. Gold tending toward tan. Reticent nose of ripe pear followed by a medium lenght of pears and apples. A tad harsh on the finish. 15.1% alcohol.
