June 10, 2023 - Creamy, plump, lush with an opulent mouthfeel. Deep golden in the glass. Pears, melons, honeysuckle. Sweet but with enough acidity to pair well with slightly spicy food.

September 7, 2019 - This thrilling auslese starts off with intriguing spicy, musky aromas, then moves easily into flavors of pear, melon, pineapple and even red berries on the palate. It somehow comes across as plump, yet crytalline and pure, with a long, fruit-driven finish.

March 3, 2019 - Drank this at home with a friend from University and her spouse. We had chicken rice with pork chop, prawn roll, long beans, tofu and curry fish head.

Sweet, lush, well balanced with a beautiful golden hue. Floral nose of nectar, honeycomb, chrysanthemum and honey.

A beautiful wine. Drink in sips.

April 27, 2016 - Cork, 7.5% alc. Pale, creamy yellow.

Green apple, passionfruit, pepper, smells a little salty/briney. Crushed dark spices (cinnamon and cloves). Pineapple.

Quite heavy and mouth filling. Powerful expression of Riesling, full of flavour. A decent amount of acid pulls the wine into composure, otherwise it could easily be cloying. Firm mineral finish. Sweetness is noticeable but not in any way forceful or overpowering. Delicate petrol nose on an empty glass.

Opinion: really enjoyable to drink in a slightly slutty way. Buy.

January 28, 2014 - Sweet riesling! Be prepared. Nearly the consistency of a dessert wine. Caught a few off-guard as they were not expecting the sweetness. Medium body (as far as rieslings go). Long finish. Slight citrus (orange) and apple. Worth a try.
