July 8, 2017 - Super Ripe red fruit...Stewed red plum and soft oak spice. Plush and well evolved
May 12, 2017 - OK, it poured brick red rather than bright red and yes the fruit was a little muted, but overall, for a merlot that's 11 years old, this was tasting very good. Dark red/blue plums on the nose and palate with soft tannins and acidity. Very enjoyable.
November 4, 2016 - Smooth and fruity but thin finish.

December 22, 2015 - Some tannin and decent acid remain. Bright fruit on the nose lead to strawberry, fig, and soft vanilla on the palate. Some earthiness and darker fruit on the finish. A solid drinker. I doubt it has much left to give with more time.
July 18, 2015 - From magnum- plenty of life left- good balance, average finish and complexity- should last a few more years with ease. In prime. Good value-
December 22, 2014 - Smooth and definitely not too old. Hints of grapefruit but not bitter. Excellent with ribeye steak. Doesn't burn on way down.
September 24, 2014 - Good color, slight hint of brick on edges. Nice dark jammy, blackberry nose. Rich strong taste with good leathery/earthen aftertaste. Good bottle.
