August 13, 2011 - CellarTracker clean-up. We drank this and it was delicious and aromatic. It is best with fish and tomatoes
October 19, 2010 - Tasted but notes not kept; from memory, this was above average for an NZ sauv blanc.
June 17, 2010 - Grapefruit, herbs (basil, tarragon, sage) on the nose. In the mouth, grapefruit, tangerine, wet gravel. Grapefruit pith on the lingering finish. This wine has an elegant balance especially for NZ sauvignon blanc.
March 23, 2010 - Anna likes the nose...it is distinctive...but the palette is all wrong...bright (offensive) white and yellow fruits dominate any sense of craft or terroir...tastes like Welches something or other. Maybe I'm just a corrupted red wine drinker...but, no thank you!
November 6, 2009 - rock melon, peach and passonfruit with lingering after taste. excellent drop.
October 17, 2009 - Some nice citrus, especially grapefruit and lime - although not as much grapefruit as other NZ SB.
August 21, 2009 - Gold medal in AirNZ award, aromatic nose as other good NZ SB, fruity with passion fruit and kiwi flavour, aftertaste is a little bit rough, a good value but I prefer the Dog Point more
