February 13, 2017 - in a terrific spot. No heat at all. Has developed very nicely.

January 30, 2016 - Took a full 2 hour decant to open up, but was worth the wait and the $$.

June 1, 2015 - Poured through the Vinturi or with an hour in the glass, this was big, bold and full of black fruit. It was a little hot. Finish was both dusty but long. I will hold the next bottle for 18-24 months.

May 28, 2015 - Tasted as part of a Napa wine night. One of 5 wines, this was the second favorite of the group (8 people). Rich, with a long finish. Drinking great right now.

April 26, 2015 - Decent nose of dark fruits, currant, spice and smoke. A bit hot on the tongue with a long finish. Hoping the heat dissipates in a couple years.
