April 24, 2020 - A little more rustic than the many other times I've had this before, but no less delicious, in fact this has added a bit of complexity that I really enjoyed. Drank along with some heavy hitters and as always holds up very well.

November 10, 2019 - opens after 45 min, full bloom after 1.5 hrs. Full bodied with lip-smacking fruit. More tannins than expected at this age. This is a beautiful wine.

November 5, 2019 - Almost as good as the last one over a year ago. This has really come into it's own. Very nice.

March 7, 2017 - another good reason to have a cellar as this new world expression has come into it's own at the beginning of it's drinking window

December 24, 2016 - What a difference a couple of years makes. By far the star of the evening. Allowed to sit open for several hours and the entire family raved about the taste smoothness and finish. I just hope the last two in my cellar are as good.

March 18, 2016 - Tampa Spring Break (the abridged version); 3/17/2016-3/18/2016 (Various Tampa locations (Mise en Place, Ocean Prime, etc.)): Very fruit forward, red currants, needs a bit more time to calm down in the glass. A bit alcoholic at first. The very fruit-dominated wines showed a bit differently when surrounded by Washington funk.
