March 26, 2016 - Crazily past the drinking window - perhaps it was wrong. E have good storage, perhaps that helped. This was an elegant, softer Sauvignon Blanc, tilting a bit toward Chardonnay in character, but without losing its SV character. A bit darker in color, fruity and spicy nose. Smooth, full palate. Nice finish.

September 8, 2011 - Rhubarb nose with some nettle, herbs and other vegetal character.
Dry, moderately fruity and almost steely palate with minerality, citrus and reductive notes.
    Weird and awkward.

September 5, 2011 - Doesn't give much away on the nose, surprisingly a little hint of sulphur (although on taste I didn't think it was corked). Bright notes of fresh not quite ripe green apples that lasts through to the middle (very pleasant!) but unfortunately let down by a metallic steel tank finish. Would've given it a higher score if the finish was better.

February 21, 2011 - I dont think Bonterra do a wine I dont like! This is light on the nose for a Sauv Blanc, although you can still pick apple and kiwi with a hint of tomato leaf. The palate is quite smooth with a lovely lemon and lime finish that is not too acidic.
