July 11, 2020 - Fruit seems to fading. Acidic and savory. Almost a balsamic, Sangiovese-esque note. More Pintail and Widgeon. 2007 was last vintage Ponsot used natural cork.

February 6, 2010 - No formal note, but this takes a while for the sappiness on the palate to emerge. A bit simple on the nose, but with some fine minerality which suggests a bit more time is required. Still, this did not come across as terribly deep, so it will be interesting to see just how long it lives.
