December 10, 2023 - Deep garnet, mature edge.
Aromas of cherry, chocolate, roasted almond, cinnamon, thyme and fruit drops.
Full body. Rounded tannins. Sour cherry acids and delicate chocolate bitterness.
Palate of sweet cherry, rose, pine needle, serrano ham and licorice.
A juicy, muscular and untypical Pinot with dark racy fruit, bittersweet delicate bitterness and an elegant smoky finish. Cellar for 7-8 years. Tasted 2023. -

November 23, 2023 - With duck breast in cherry sauce. Exquisite and matched beautifully. There was an initial funk even after decanting that needed to blow off and then it was full-bodied, supple and the cherry, dark cherry fruit was sill vibrant.

July 2, 2022 - 浑浊的淡宝石红色，闻香有淡淡皮毛味，腌菜味，山楂一类的红果，梅果，桂皮香料，入口酸度高，酒液咸，单宁细腻，红果味混合着植物气息，有辛辣感，还能感受到酒精的灼烧感，余味是悠长的梅果，话梅和木质香气。果香爆棚的一款酒，香气上有着老年份酒陈年的一些特征，入口依然酒体强劲，棱角分明。
