November 25, 2004 - Served with Thanksgiving dinner. Very nice, refreshing, food-friendly wine. Great value.

February 1, 2004 - Lime, green bean, asparagus on the nose and palate. Bright acidity, with a beautiful mouthfeel and finish. Just a hint of saltiness, almost like fresh corn on the cob with salt (but no butter!). Drink soon before it loses some of it's liveliness. I need to get some more of this wine - great value!
