January 1, 2022 - Purchased on New Year’s Eve and drank on New Year’s Day. Light gold color with fine beading. Aromas of straw, lemon curd, and toast. Palate is a very balanced citrus, sweetness, and effervescence. Delicious. At $99, I’d head back to the store and buy more if there are any left.
