April 8, 2022 - Ordered off a wine list at reasonable price. It’s uncommon to find well aged and stored burgundies nowadays. People say that 03 was challenging, and flabby was the words they used quite often. After aging for almost 20 years, the bottle was harmonious and enjoyable. Buttery mouth feel with notes of almonds, honey and ripe melon. It’s just a pleasure to see how a wine could transform over the years. Drink now, it will still hold but the peak likely had been past already.

April 21, 2018 - This actually (at least on the nose) comes across more like a white burgundy than a Chablis.

A little low in acid on the palate (not surprising given the vintage), but otherwise pretty good.

September 15, 2014 - In terms of sheer enjoyment, I am 100% with danstrings on this bottle. Just perfect. I let it breathe in the fridge for 45 min or so and decanted at the table. Just the perfect balance of richness and acidity. Great mouthfeel. Why can't all Chardonnay taste like this? Tragically, my last.

January 25, 2013 - Stunning, lovely wine, wow.. Light gold color, not much age in the color. Spectacular truffle honey meets cinnamon and candied lime. Sublime with Fifth Floor's (San Francisco) many amuses and apps like "Oysters five ways", white truffle risotto, etc... Heaven! A tad richer and rounder than a cooler year maybe, but no signs of heavy-handedness whatsoever.
