March 18, 2012 - Not bad, but not exciting either. Rather bland. Better wines out there at this price point

March 5, 2011 - I really wanted to like this Syrah. I really really did. The price point was fantastic (under $10 a bottle). The color was beautiful. Even the aromas were solid. But...the wine is pretty one dimentional. It's not the best Syrah. But, for an average, weeknight wine with food, it works. Definitely better with food. And definitely better after aeration.

February 16, 2010 - Label: Our Syrah is a charming food partner that highlights the exceptional fruit grown in Eastern Washington’s Columbia Valley. Well-rounded and balanced, it offers rich flavors of toast, ripe berries and minerals tempered by light spiciness. This Syrah pairs perfectly with a wide variety of food, from barbecue to roasts and game meats.

Review: Deep purple color. 13.5% alcohol. I get aromas of Plum, Blackberry, Dark Cherry, Earth and Violet Flowers. There's also a hint of Aqua Net Hairspray on the nose. Dark fruit, Pepper and Oak on the palate. It's a little sour to me on the finish. Very tart Acidity and low tannins; its very light for a Syrah.

August 24, 2009 - Wow! What a bargain! I have not found a $6 red I liked in many years. Improved after 24 hrs and even fine after 48 hrs. Nice, distinctive Washington Syrah with a rich chocolate nose. Good acidity. Slightly thin on the palette. Clearly not great compared to other $20+ WA Syrahs but for $6 it is a great QPR wine. I gotta get a case and hold for a year or so.
