September 23, 2016 - Medium-bodied, creamy mouthfeel. Supported by unobtrusive tannins and not much acidity. The style is towards the new-world, extracted end of the spectrum but totally in balance. Still tastes youthful and evolved steadily over the night. If I had more, I would space them out over the next few years. A standout wine.

February 8, 2013 - Gorgeous. The best of New World meets Old World styling. Thick with ripe fruit but completely balanced with Oak on the nose and tannin in the mouth. In a really good place. Drinks like a Right Bank with ashy, sweet oak and creamed blackberries. Long fine tannin. Delicious. Highly recommended if you like Argentina or otherwise. 93.

June 17, 2012 - Drinking window now open...very good example of a top Argentinian wine!

April 29, 2010 - Day 1 - 90 pts. Nice nose with a round, velvety feel and good length on the finish.
Day 2 - 92 pts - Wow...24 Vacu-vin hrs later, this puppy has so much better nose and complexity that I'm wondering if the WINE FAIRY paid an overnight visit!
