November 21, 2014 - Great bottle! Easy drinker, nice mix of fruit with a hint of green pepper. Nice finish and mouthfeel.
August 16, 2013 - Very muddled flavors. Not much fruit. Weak tannins. Weird burnt wood flavor. Short finish. Good mouthfeel, though.

September 4, 2010 - Opened and poured, this showed similarly to a previously tasted bottle. The time, the wine showed more expressive aromatics and better balance on the medium/full bodied palate.
September 1, 2010 - Pop and pour through Vinturi ... On the positive side, silky smooth; good tannic backbone and strong fruit. On the negative, a bit lacking in personality and there's some fairly significant bottle variation in my experience of this case (some are too "soft" and sweet, while others are more dry and clean). Just OK. Probably better options in the >$20 range.

July 16, 2010 - This is a solid effort for < $20. I'm getting floral arrangement on the nose intermixed blackberry. P & P but it could have used some decanting. Loads of cherry and cranberry on the palate but found the structure to be very nicely layered with a silky texture. A bit of alcohol through the finish but see this this getting it's sea legs with a few years on it's side. A good QPR
June 30, 2010 - I am extremely impressed with this effort. Popped and poured through Venturi. Beautiful color, thick legs, great structure and balance. Tnnins are present, but not overwhelming. Drinking wonderful now, yet I believe will continue to evolve and last another 3-4 years in the cellar. For less than $20, I have not found a better Napa Cab...stocking up on this one.
