August 10, 2017 - great intensity, pain and acidity in this wine. everything i love.... no sign of pre-mox.... at all.... just a brilliant bottle of minerally, shellfish-infused bottle of linear focus.... frankly i loved it.... i know others have noticed lots of pre-mox from this producer, but frankly i would be hard pressed to say that the average is higher than my white burg average overall... great bottle.

July 16, 2017 - Premox. Utterly disappointed. I notice that the cork of this bottle is far softer and spongier than that of the other William Fèvre Chablis Grand Cru wines. Suggest the cork has ruined the wine.

July 15, 2017 - Chablis Tasting (Bergi, Latvia): Such a disappointment, but there is obvious premature oxidation, however the bottle was in a perfect shape. Level, label and the cork were just fine. I have heard that there were some problems with this very vintage with Les Clos by Fevre.
It’s a pity to have premox for the wine that was supposed to be the best of the night.

June 30, 2017 - Better than previous bottle but still premoxed. Both bottles I've had from this case so far have been spoiled.

    June 17, 2017 - Premox. Not acceptable.
