March 9, 2024 - Lemon color. Initially quite reduced, obscuring the nose. But with a little bit of time in the glass it blossomed, revealing green apples and ripe limes. On the palate, mineral and chalky, but yet with an underlying fullness that brings everything together. Great structure and long finish. A great showing.

January 1, 2024 - 淡金黄色，刚开瓶时候试了一下，酒温很低，只能捕捉到明显酒泥接触的酸面粉团的味道，入口酸度高，酒液很咸，矿物感清晰，有橡木桶使用带来的圆润口感，但状态很封闭，以至于我都不确定酒是不是有点老了，需要进一步醒酒看看。回塞一个小时，然后进醒酒器，酒的状态开始不断攀升，醒酒器两个小时，和开瓶时简直脱胎换骨的表现，也许后面还会更棒，只是此刻已经喝完了，闻起来是奶油饼干，酵母，白花香气，一些坚果气息，入口依然高酸，坚挺的结构，酒液很咸很矿，奶油蛋糕混合着白芝麻和梨的香气，口感圆润，酒液丝滑，奶油香气一直延续到余味，在淡淡芝麻香中收尾。口感很扎实，从头至尾衔接紧凑，没有丝毫的疲态，精细的橡木桶运用，用桶比我预想中要克制很多，精准而又平衡，我一度以为贵的夏布利做得都越来越华丽享乐，不再夏布利了，这支酒又重新让我找回那经典的感觉，很纯正，很夏布利，很高级。

October 21, 2023 - After emailing with the Vineyard it turns out that all of the remaining bottles in this vintage were damaged as a result of the type of cork used.
Amazingly, the Vineyard acknowledged the issue was their responsibility and going to address it, so I may yet get to enjoy some delicious chablis. -
