August 10, 2014 - Definitely in the zone. After a 90 minute Audoze, this is ready to go, with pitch perfect proportions, flavors and harmony. Avg+ persistence, above-average focus. Everything I want in a bottle from this region at this price. Brilliant. 13,0% abv., thru 2021 recommended

    Served non-blind.

July 28, 2014 - Wow! The most amazing chablis nose. This is an absolute classic. And definitely à point. Beautifully lemony yet a richness from 6 years of bottle age... yet fresh as a daisy. Perfect with oven-baked salmon. Lovely stoniness and intensity. What an aperitif for my first trip to Chablis in a few days and I am definitely going to call by Fèvre!

July 19, 2014 - Already fine to drink, but still young. Quite deep, good minerals and nice touch of salt.

May 25, 2014 - Like a bag of minerals mixed with lemon juice - lovely, firm, taut wine with flinty aromatics bellowing out of the glass. Everything a Chablis should be, with the fruit being there only to allow the minerals to express themselves. Great stuff.

March 26, 2014 - Gorgeous drinking at present and terrific Chablis. The austerity has evolved to showcase the minerality and solid hints of the fruits while still being very chalky, river rock and acidic....classic example of that style. "Wine Strategies" describes well the wine and experience. Drink up over next few years..... don't let this succumb to Pre-Ox
