October 27, 2023 - Burgundy WIMPS October 2023 (La Trompette): Sub for corked PYCM.
This was great
Maritime nose of crushed rocks nose abd a little iodine.
Silky attack with lemon, grapefruit, good minerality and cut to round it off. Long finish - excellent -

December 23, 2021 - Resplendissant de jeunesse.
Œil clair, paille moyen, éclatant, plutôt gras en parois.
Nez de projection moyenne+, frais, minéral, salin, épices douces, fleurs blanches, fleurs jaunes, herbes aromatiques rappelant l’estragon ou qqchose du genre, superbe nez…
Bouche ample à grasse, tendue par l’acidité bien présente sans être vive, amertume moyenne, bonne prise minérale, long, salivant, épicé en allonge
Conclusion: superbe! Excellente tenue dans le temps. Très belle surprise!!
