August 24, 2015 - The wine looks inky colored. The legs are medium. There is light sediment in the bottle. It smells like blackberry, red currant, plum and fig. The body is medium/full. The wine has polished texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.

February 19, 2015 - An excellent syrah. Big and jammy, still well within its primary drinking window. Inky dark, big bold fruit.

October 3, 2014 - Tremendously impressive on this night. Although the grip on this feels like many more years somehow I get the feeling it will never be better than it is right now. Love the blue fruit on this. This wine is starting to develop semi Cote Rotieish Port/fat notes which I find enchanting. Overall.... what an outstanding effort.
