April 26, 2023 - No disg date that I can see. 60% Pinot / 40% Chard, 2 g/l dosage. 4yrs on lees.
Hazelnut, brioche, and green apple on the nose, aggressive attack, autolyse, pear, spiced apples, rich and textured lees, really good effort. Excellent QPR. -

December 24, 2021 - This is great stuff. Yes it is savoury and it is dry but there is lots of filling to balance this. That is because of the ripe fruit. This is a real classy beauty that is fresh, balanced, complex and has a very long aftertaste. Great with oysters, especially Zeeuwse platte from the Netherlands.

Very pure on the palate, with a lovely freshness. Really precise and focused. Though curiously the acidity actually feels quite low.
