April 27, 2016 - Had at Morimoto in Maui and went extremely well with maki rolls. Rich wall of pure fruits with nice cut and charm. Better than expected and on a good place for this more fruit forward style. Maintains balance and brightness, although the fruit dominates. Drinking well.

April 23, 2016 - 3rd Annual Wilson School Auction Tasting: Powerful but elegant with good cut and a slightly smoky element.

April 13, 2016 - Old note. Clearly a hot year, out of balance, not great. Mediocre as usual.

April 5, 2016 - Classic quality and indisputable class. But I like more intense styles.

March 26, 2016 - Fruit dominates with apple and some pear, lends a sweetness to the midpalate. Hidden minerality underneath. Non-controversial but not overly stimulating, certainly not my favorite vintage of Dom in its current state.
