January 17, 2015 - My fears about how this vintage would perform were unnecessary. Yeasty chamomile, hazelnut and tart fruit on the nose. A mouthfeel I craved, such an enticing and seamless texture, tight, mineral and tart, with tiny effervescence and notes of lemon and hazelnut. Powerful stuff, no evident babyfat.

January 4, 2015 - We had this a couple of years back and all commented on the maturity it gained in just that short span. Picked more of a golden color, a bit smoother with toned down acidity. Not much toast to it but the citrus was there and it had a great finish. I'd love to try this again in a couple more years.

January 1, 2015 - Yeast. Toast. Lemon. Hazelnut. Green apple. Citrus. Dry finish.

January 1, 2015 - Wasn't corked but hoping the bottle was flawed as this came across as a very mediocre premium cuvee in general (never mind Dom).
