December 21, 2014 - Very complex. Drinking very well now with room to get even better and last a very time!

December 21, 2014 - Textbook Sauternes, with honey, orange marmalade, creamy vanilla oak and spice, although I think it shows more lemon than the typical apricot. Relative to the palate, I found the nose to be a little subdued. Very thick and concentrated, but kept in balance with lively acidity and finishing quite long. A step behind the truly great '01 Sauternes, but is still delicious and fairly priced. There is a slight soapiness that is a little off-putting, but not terrible. This should age to the point that I would be more concerned about the longevity of the cork rather than the wine.

December 11, 2014 - Medium yellow colour. Honey and marmalade on the nose, and a good balance of sweetness and acidity on the palate. The finish is long. Very enjoyable now, but will last well.

November 15, 2014 - On the nose and ion the mouth it’s all honey and apricot. It is slightly volatile, in a most pleasant way. It is rich, sweet and intense but by no means heavy and the finish is fresh and clean.
