December 20, 2016 - Dom Perignon Dinner (Cherry Circle Room - Chicago IL): Attention getting floral start with dried apricot aromas and flavors. Very good depth, good length.

December 10, 2016 - Pinot best bottle (@Garbe, Stuttgart-Plieningen): Glass: Riedel Veritas Burgundy
Popped and poured from 0,75l bottle.
Clear, light amber color. Medium+, developing nose without the usual nail polish remover notes. Honey, almond. Off-dry -> sweet. Full bodied, medium length and complexity. Will certainly evolve and keep for 10-15+ years.

July 12, 2016 - Bright light golden color; ripe peach and candied apricot; huge acid backbone structure yet still rich and fruity. Much life ahead.

May 20, 2016 - Light gold in color, nose of sweet honeyed apricots and candied lemon. Broad, dense, nearly syrupy. Plenty of sweetness and body, acidity is fair to good to buttress it all. More secondary notes seem evident with air. Might be best to hold this a bit longer.
