  March 23, 2024 - Decanted 1 hour prior. Notes of chocolate, tobacco, dark fruit. Wine significantly improved after the 1.5 hour mark. This is in a great spot right now.

  March 5, 2024 - Double decanted for about 30 minutes and it was a bit acid still. Had it with Reserved Filet Mignon and peppers. It paired much better with the vegetables than the meat.
  
  It got much better towards the end, after the 1 hour mark.

  December 18, 2023 - Bright fruit and some dusty spice on the nose. A bit less bold than the last one so maybe showing its age. Tannins are gone and some dark fruit with a lingering finish.

  April 21, 2023 - Wow once again (thanks to Bob D) this was a big time wine. Earthy, some tobacco, currants, blackberry, and fresh asphalt. Such a long finish with a peppery lingering feel.
