November 14, 2014 - Tight with white florals and minerality. Develops a fresh and minty character as it opens. White stone fruit. Searing acidity and salinity (which has drinkers thinking Chablis and Grand Cru). Showing the 08 power with great a backbone of acidity but with enough fruit to match. On the second day, this has softened very lightly. Great potential.

November 12, 2014 - Some smoky mineral reduction greets the nose then she's all pure white peach. It is fresh and dense in the mouth with a chalky base upon which citrus and peach fruits play. It has plenty of dry extract to the finish and is chewy and very long in the mouth. Great stuff.

October 25, 2014 - a seriously good, grand cru quality wine. I didn't find this remotely shut down, and will have my remaining bottles on deck for mid term drinking.

October 4, 2014 - Quite good but needs more time or a good few hour decant.

January 3, 2014 - Beyond a doubt, the most shut down, closed-for-business white wine I've ever experienced. On day 2 it was revealing nothing. SFA. I'm staying away from this batch for another year or 5

slight amendment. the last glass (of a bottle already opened for 24 hrs+) reveals a hint of what might come. imagine a cool fresh breeze blowing through an underwater cave. impressive. very happy to have another 11 bottles to play with
