October 9, 2012 - Red lighter toned fruit. Over-powering oak. Very mild tannin. No classic leather flavors seen in old world renditions.

July 22, 2012 - Tastes of fresh jam and hearty red fruit. Drinking well right now, not sure you will get anymore out of this wine.

November 22, 2011 - Decanted about 2 hours. Smooth with lots of jam flavors. Touch of spice and earthiness. Solid wine with spaghetti but not over the top.
