August 11, 2012 - Initially it seems to have developed and softened quite quickly since January 2011, the fruit becoming honeyed and waxy. With a little aeration however the wine regains all its energy and precision and shows itself as a quintessential Rheingau and a very typical Kühn. Great value.

January 23, 2011 - Wonderfully slender, taut, minerally style, beautiful firm acidity, typical Rheingau austerity and spice, balanced by creamy, charming fruit without even a trace of residual sugar. Lovely purity, finesse and energy, a sort of essence of terroir and grape. Very precise and intense, noticeable but not intrusive bitters from the skins. Très Kühn. Love it. A bargain.

April 6, 2010 - Great nose, with lots of mineral. Grapefruit? Acid is low at first, but grows a lot during the evening. It would have been better with some more concentration and precision of the acid.

January 21, 2010 - Aroma of apple, clementine and strawberries. Good acid structure. A Surprisingly well made and harmonic dry riesling. A bit simple, but well worth it's price. Buy more!
