October 31, 2015 - Baked apples, browned truffle butter, lemon meringue. Slightly developed but probably at it's peak. Drink now.

Some good minerality and general Chablis charcter but not at the level of premier cru or even good Chablis of that year. I expected a little more but this is only a Petit Chablis. It's still very good but I would consider spending less for general Chablis from another producer or going up to a higher level. -
