April 10, 2017 - This was more simple than the bottle I sampled at New Year's which apparently had been aged for a few years. Tonight, I opened a "fresh" bottle which had great balance and hints of what it might become with some aging. Nice fruit, well offset with acid and fine bubbles. A little yeastiness which I suppose will evolve into more toast or brioche with aging but for now I am pleased with its value and flavor profile; very easy to drink too. This held up well on Day 2.

January 1, 2017 - Tasted at a party, apparently it was aged for a few years beforehand. Very pleasantly surprised, overall pretty good for a low-cost U.S. sparkling wine, lots of classic flavor profiles, a nod at the brioche and some fruit as well, a hint of sweetness but well balanced with citrus. Very easy to drink and excellent QPR.

May 28, 2016 - 4th Saturday group "uptown" tasting (Sue's): Notes of clay and apple on the nose and palate. Menium bead with decent acidity. Simple, with a short finish.

April 24, 2016 - Bright acid with (pleasantly) unripe stone fruit flavors. Fine, plentiful bubbles and a nice mouth dryness. Very nice at 38-40° F
