July 22, 2014 - Slightly creamy, with green apple, red berries, grass, and a bit of toast and mineral. Not very distinctive or exciting. About the baseline standard for generic, traditional method sparkling wine. You're not going to offend anyone with this, but you're not going to thrill them with it, either.

July 12, 2014 - - Light gold color with small pearls and aromas of peach and raisin. It's lacking fruit and has flavours of baker's yeast, yoghurt, hazelnut and grapefruit. Linear texture with a medium finish.

June 7, 2014 - This is really fresh, offering discreet fruit on the nose and a small, steady bead. The palate is balanced, a bit dry, showing verve and bounce, good depth, and broad notes of apples, chalk, almonds, minerals, and an undertow of citrus. Really enjoyable and good price point.

May 17, 2014 - Would have preferred a drier wine. Not bad but simple

April 20, 2014 - Went into Easter brunch mimosas
