June 12, 2015 - Hints of citrus and peach, moderate sweetness that lingers on the palate.

April 8, 2015 - A private lunch (Restaurant Morimoto, Napa, California, USA): Fresh and forward, youthful ripe fruit and more than a hint of sweetness, slightly agressive bubble, not the most subtle or elegant of wines. It is not expensive though.

March 17, 2015 - Tasted blind against Moët et Chandon Brut Impérial. Most tasters recognized this one as the California "champagne" - but highlighted its excellent quality.

December 6, 2014 - Good persistence with some light red fruit flavor/aroma with a slight bitter bite at the end. Overall just so-so; not flawed but also not worth a revisit for personal consumption.

  • professordoktor Does not like this wine:

July 22, 2014 - Slightly creamy, with green apple, red berries, grass, and a bit of toast and mineral. Not very distinctive or exciting. About the baseline standard for generic, traditional method sparkling wine. You're not going to offend anyone with this, but you're not going to thrill them with it, either.
